The Ather series scooter is available in two models, the 340 and the 450. The Ather 340 is the lower cost model. Both models look nearly identical from the outside.
The Ather 340 has a powerful 4 400 Вт electric motor that provides a top speed of 70 км/год and an acceleration of 0-40km in 5.1 seconds.
The scooter has a Lithium battery that provides a range of 60 км. The charge time using the home charger is 240 хвилин and using a fast charger the batteries can be charged for 80% in 1 hour. The battery is rated for 3-4 years or 50,000km.
Ather provides 3 years unlimited mileage warranty on the battery.
Ather is not just providing the scooter but it provides an innovative charging infrastructure as well. Like Tesla, it offers fast charging stations where users can charge the battery at a rate of 1km per minute. Ather offers free charging to it's users in India.
Water and dust resistant
The scooter is IP67 water and dust proof which will enable the scooter to drive trough water. The scooter will enable to continue driving during floods and storms while most petrol scooters will fail.
The scooter has a low center of gravity which provides the scooter with great handling and agility in city traffic.
The scooter has front and rear disc brakes with CBS brake assist technology.
The scooter has a reverse gear for easy parking.
